Following our 2025 Director Elections, Brian Crosby has been elected to the RAAP Board, Ciaran Tourish has retained his seat, and Andrew Basquille will continue in his role as Company Secretary.
Under our Constitution, RAAP holds Director Elections every two years for two Board positions. This year, Andrew Basquille and Ciaran Tourish retired by rotation. Retiring Directors are eligible for re-election and both indicated their willingness to stand again. Following notice to members in July and the receipt of a third nomination from Brian Crosby, a ballot was held in August.
We are pleased to confirm that Ciaran Tourish has retained his seat and Brian Crosby has been elected to the Board. We congratulate them both, and extend a warm welcome to Brian.
We would also like to thank Andrew Basquille for his many years of service as a Director. We are fortunate that Andrew has agreed to continue as Company Secretary. This is an important role for RAAP, and Andrew’s continued appointment provides valuable continuity, experience and trusted judgement on the issues that matter most to performers.
Our next Director Elections will take place in 2027.
